Excellent Central Location
prime location friendly staff quiet room
the location was unbeatable. it was a short walk to many attractions including the cathedral. the staff was friendly (they were always ready to help with directions or recommendations). the room was quiet despite the central location.

mixed feelings about the stay
street noise basic breakfast
the check-in process was easy and the staff were pleasant.
The noise levels were a real problem. I could hear street noise all night. also, the breakfast was quite basic. I expected more for the price i paid. i found it quite frustrating.

Wonderful Experience!
great location kind staff early check-in
The location is AMAZING! I could easily walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar palace. The reception staff was so kind. They allowed me to check in early. This was very helpful. I greatly appreciate their hospitality.
The soundproofing could be improved. Street noise was noticeable at night. I could hear people talking outside. This made it a bit difficult to sleep soundly. I hope that can be addressed in the future.

central location helpful staff loud street insufficient lighting
the location was excellent. it was steps from the cathedral, restaurants and shops. the hotel was well designed for a boutique hotel (i appreciated its charm). the staff was helpful.
my room was on the second floor facing a side street. it was very loud. i heard people dining out in bars all evening (even with earplugs). there were many lighting options, but none provided soft evening light.

central location nearby cafes effective air conditioning
the location was very central with many nearby cafes and restaurants. i noticed i was also conveniently next door to a flamenco show. the air conditioning worked very well .
my room faced a side street and it was quite loud at times.

central location friendly staff street noise light curtains
the location proved very practical it was near many main attractions. i also found the staff were amicable and always available to assist with directions.
the room did not have total darkness at night the curtains let in a lot of light. there was also some noise from the street late at night.
